The converter is designed with an ultra-wide input voltage range of DC 40V to 135V, making it fully compatible with DC 48V, 60V, 72V, 84V, and 96V battery systems and DC grids.
Isolated architecture provides complete galvanic isolation between the input and output stages (>50MΩ insulation resistance). This design eliminates ground loops, mitigates electric noise, and protects downstream 12V devices from high-voltage surges.
The maximum rated peak capacity is 120W (12V 10A). For long-term continuous 24/7 duty cycles, keeping load consumption within 100W is recommended to maximize system reliability and thermal life.
When an external short circuit is detected across the 12V output terminals, the converter instantly triggers auto-shutdown. After the short-circuit fault is removed, it automatically resumes normal operation without requiring manual intervention.
The converter includes integrated over-temperature monitoring. If internal operating temperatures reach preset safety limits, the converter self-protects and automatically reboots once temperatures return to a safe operational window.
It is broadly utilized across electric vehicles, industrial equipment, monitoring systems, LED displays, vehicle audio and navigation, DC motors, water pumps, and solar/photovoltaic balance-of-system setups requiring clean, regulated 12V DC power.
